The Carp4u.co.uk team was built over the last 5 years and has now become one of the best suppliers of French Carp Fishing Holidays to the UK market. Established as a brand new business after much careful planning in January 2010 Carp4u.co.uk has grown from strength to stength.

With some fabulous venues to choose from and many more new venues coming on board, it is the team at the back end that have made it a success.

The owner of the business is Andrew Thomson who's inspiration for this business came from being involved in the carp fishing game over the last 20 years, working with several very small french lakes over the last few years with bait and tackle supplies and producing Marketing DVD's and websites.

As a supplier of bait to carp fishing venues in France and several syndicate and day ticket waters in the UK, Andrew has filmed and edited many lake DVD's with his team of Field Testers in both the UK and France and is now an expereinced Web Designer and Videographer.

Andrew's background consists of several jobs which have helped him to establish what is fast becoming a fantastic company providing a great service to the carp anglers with Carp4u.co.uk.

Having worked for the Inland Revenue as a Business Rates inspector, working alongside local councils and government organisations, and then also running his own business Andrew has worked at the top level of business and dealt with everyone from Managers to Chief Executives and Directors of companies. Andrew has also worked with some of the top International Financial Acountants of large corporate establishements.

Andrew also has a wide variety of IT and Web Developement skills gained over the last few years, whilst working for Norfolk Police Headquarters as the E-communications Developer in the Marketing and Communications department, and was the innovator and lead project developer of the Online Police Force News programs, and provided filming and editing services for both web and marketing. Working alongside some of the best names in television from Anglia TV and the BBC, and working with some of the best video productions companies in the business Andrew has gained a wealth of experience which has enabled him to bring this experience into his hobby of Carp Fishing. As the website and business progresses you will start to see just how all this will work for the Carp fishing venues that we have to offer and how we can advertise venues in a better and more conveinient way.

As well as running Carp4u.co.uk Andrew also supports the University of East Anglia as an IT Support Technician and has worked within the Audio and Visual departments dealing with Audio and Video equipment and Video Conferencing facilities, and provides IT and Technical Support to the Faculty of Health.

Andrew provides support for a range of IT related issues ranging from PC networking and technical support, Audio & Visual, Print and Design, Web and Corporate Communications and provides help and support to the University Lecturers and Students.

With this business and IT experience and Andrews passion as a keen carp angler himself with a personal best of 40lb 7oz caught in August 2008, you can be sure that whatever you need within the carp fishing industry ranging from, Carp Fishing Holidays abroad, bait and tackle suppliers, Web design, Filming and DVDs, then he will always be happy to give the service you require and to help you get the most out of your Holiday.

Since starting Carp4u.co.uk, Andy has teamed up with some of the best in the business, ranging from CCMOORE, Viper Bait Boats, Carp Alley Tackle, P & O Ferries, and many more.............

Andrews partner Helen has helped along the way providing excellent support to the business, and she has a wealth of experience of Adminstration and Business behind her. Helen provides the support required for all the adminstration throughtout the company, dealing with documentation for all the holidays, answering telephone queries and dealing with the major bait and tackle suppliers for all finacial matters and accountancy. If your booking a holiday or ferry through our company, then its Helen who's at the heart of it all.

With a 25 year career in the Civil Service behind her, working as a Valuation Technical for the Inland revenue, dealing with Tribunals and Business Law, Helen knows how to get things done. Helen has also worked at the University of East Anglia as PA/ Administrator dealing with the Faculty of Health dealing with Lecturers and Directors. She is the mechanics behind the business. Without her this business simply wouldn't work and keeps Andrew in step, leaving him to get on with what he knows best. Carp Angling and Fishing Holidays.
